Perturb's first dataset release will be the largest multimodal perturbation resource generated in iPSC-derived human cardiomyocytes. Transcriptomic and morphological readouts from identically perturbed cells — matched, paired, designed for model training. We are notifying a small group of teams at frontier labs and pharma in advance of release.

Loop 1 — Dataset Specification
Cell type
iPSC-derived human cardiomyocytes (WTC11 line) — physiologically relevant, not cancer cell lines
Perturbations
40 small molecules (cardiac-relevant, mechanistically diverse) across 3 doses × 2 time points + DMSO controls
Modalities
DRUG-seq transcriptomics + Cell Painting morphology — matched parallel arms on identically perturbed cells
Scale
~1,000 wells · ~500 cells/well imaging · high-depth transcriptomics per condition
Format
Structured, ML-ready output. Transcriptomics (h5ad/csv), morphology profiles (parquet/csv), metadata manifest, perturbation annotations
Licensing
Non-exclusive. Available to multiple parties simultaneously — no single-buyer lock-in
Timeline
Data generation in progress. Early access recipients notified on release
